MUSIC: Does not save

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Intel After completion of my presentation, I saved it to the desktop. When I open it, the music is not there. I have to add it all over again every time. How can I save it??

Hi,

Your sound files were linked instead of embedded.

Instead of Save, use File > Save As and choose PowerPoint Package in the
Format popup. PowerPoint will create a new folder with your
presentation and copies of all your linked media so that the links work.
