I want to play the same music thourhout my 46 slides but it stops when the
music has completed. Is there any way that I can restart the music in other
slides along the path?
If not, are there any suggestions that might work?

Hi,

To me, 2007 is the only version worth knowing ;-)

If you are using 2007 version, I can help. It's the only version I know.

I am tell you all these by memory because I do not have 2007 ppt anymore.
Depending on which way you inserted the music. Assuming that ......
you went Insert > Sound method, and after you had chosen the sound file and
clicked OPEN, you would be asked whether automatically or ' when clicked',
naturally you would click Auto.
The next prompt will be the crucial one. Look at the top for Automatically,
click the pointer on the right , click Play across slides.
Put a checkmark on " Loop until stopped ". That's it.
It should be ok now.... unless I forgot something. I used to have " near "
photographic memory. Time is taking some back.
If you were using Animations method, it couldn't be any easier. But I'll
keep it until you ask for it.

1. click animations tab, then click the custom animation, you can see
a pop-up window.
2. Click the sound file that you want to set, Click the drop down
arrow of the music item you just added from the Custom Animation list
and select Effect Options.
3. A window named Play Sound displays. Select After---slide and then
set the total number of slides .Now when you select OK and exit the
custom animation box, your sound will continue to play.
