Music loops in PowerPoint

Hello all, I run 'Loopsound.com' (http://www.loopsound.com) whic
supplys sound effects and music loops for presentations.

One of my customers Is using our loops in a Powerpoint presentation bu
does not get a seamless loop. I also tried and got the same result.
tried MP3, AIFF, and WAV at 16bit, 8bit, 44khz, 11khz, mono and stereo
I can assure you that Loopsound loops are acurate to the 1000/sec.

Can anyone help? Is there a simple solution?

Is the user settings the sound file to loop in powerpoint?
Or is the problem that the sound is not looping at all?
