Hi there,
It depends on what kind of music you want to add. If it is music from
a CD, then you go to the Insert menu and choose Sound and Music, and
then Play CD Audio Track. Otherwise, choose From File and select the
music file you want to add.

Hope this helps,
Nancy

Does it EVER play (even before you try to send it?)? If yes, have you
tried inserting the music like above and saving it as a .pps?

I think the best way is to insert the sounds with the mp3 files, and
then save the presentation using Save As Package. This will create a
separate folder with the presentation and all the music files linked
to the presentation. Then send that folder.

Just fyi, when you add sound files, they are linked, not embedded in
the presentation...so it is best if the sound files are in the same
folder as the presentation if you are going to send it to someone.
When using tracks from an actual CD, you have to send the physical CD
also...it links to the music on the CD itself...

I hope this helps... :D
