music sounds muting

I have several power points that I have created. On one of them when I
insert music and play the power point it is fine untill it goes to the next
slide. It then mutes the music. It is set up properly as far as looping and
continue to play untill the end of the PP. I then have to go into the master
volume and un-mute it. I can't figure out why it does this. Any suggestions?

Hi Mike,

When you say it is set up properly, it could still be a number of problems.
Have you checked this?

Play sounds across multiple slides (A WAV runs through it)
