I can't figure out why myPPT presentation is not playing the embedded music
on the recipient's end. The music file has the WAV header, the music file is
embedded in the presentation (I checked) and the file is in the same folder
as the presentation. I sent the PPT presentation to a friend via email by
using the SEND option in PowerPoint and was told that the slide show played
but not the music. I have no idea why the sound is not playing on the other
end. I changed the max size for the sound file to 20000 MB (the audio file
is way less than that) and followed all the other instructions that I've
found and still the sound does not play at the other end.
