music with powerpoint

I have the same problem with music in PP as many others seem to have. I did
exactly what was suggested. I created a new file, put everything in it
including the music files, then reset the files so that PP had the associated
files within the same folder. It worked fine on my computer but when I burned
the whole thing on CD and played it on another computer the music still did
not play. Now, does the fact that Windows Media player say that the music is
protected have anything to do with it? WMP says I can play the music items an
unlimited number of times and that collaborative play is allowed. Yet, there
is this problem. Please help. It will be much appreciated.
