must accept end user license agreement everytime WORD opens?

Ever since my last update, everytime I open Word or Outlook in Office XP
2002, I must accept the EULA in order to proceed. How can I correct this?

I have the same issue - I installed and activated Office XP but even though I
clicked yes to the EULA, it appears each time I use an Office program which
is becoming irritating.

Log in as the administrator, accept the EULA. That should resolve it.

Log into the machine as administrator, accept the EULA, and it should stop
appearing.
