Must reinstall 2007 after each bootup

2007 beta works great .. until I shutdown computer and turn it back on.
Only way to get it to work again is to reinstall.

what happens exactly when you restart your system and try to launch an
office app? do you get an error message?

After bootup:
On first attempt to open Outlook, flash screen appears and program freezes.
I then close using Task Manager.
On second attempt, Safe mode option box appears.
I click yes. Program freezes at flash screen.
On third attempt, "Detect and Repair" option box appears.
Also - all 07 desktop icons convert back to 03 icons.
I've gone through same sequence on three seperate occasions.
Currently working on a fix.

I changed default email in Outlook from Hotmail (Outlook Live subscription)
to my internet provider account and it appears to have stabilized.
Could it be that simple?
