Must remove entered word from spellcheck

I accidently entered a word into spellcheck that must be removed it is
messing everything up for me now. I just need to remove a word that I
accidently added to the spellcheck option on publisher, please help!

You can do it right in Outlook Express, tools, options, spelling tab, edit
custom dictionary.
