mutipage printing

I'm looking for a sloution to print a double sided 8.5x11 multipage document.

Is there a way to generate the document as indivudual 8.5x11's and then lay
them out as 11x17 for PDF? Just so the when it comes to creating it and then
collating the pages it will all make sense.

Read the Help File - Keyword > Booklet > Create a Folded Booklet
Page Setup > Layout > Booklet - Printer and Paper tab >
