Mutiple copies with differnt footers?

We are trying to get away from multple forms on a dot matrix printer. We would like to change to a laser printer. We need (5) copies (of each page) with a different footer in each, ie "Customer Copy", "Sales Copy", "Follow-up Copy" and so on. This would need to be able to happen on a document with (1) or more pages. Is this possible while creating only one page, but printing (5) pages with the different "Copy Names"?

It would require a macro that sends each print job separately, making the change in between.
