MVB System Error

When opening a spreadsheet with Macro's and after clicking enable macro's I
get the following message:
Microsoft Visual Basic
"System Error &H80007007E (-2147024770). The specified module could not be
found"

This is a new PC and it is the only PC receiving this error on this file.
The user is a local admin and the PC is running XP Pro with Office XP. All
updates have been applied.
