In Calendar:
-New events do not appear, but are internally recorded
(says "conflicting appt" if I try to re-enter it).
-Old "reoccurring appts" are not available to open.
-Old events do open, but with incorrect times (however,
the calendar view still shows them correctly).
-When switched to "Personal Outlook" view, events are
indiscriminitely changed from timed events to all-day
events.
In Contacts:
-New entries do not appear on Rolodex view at all.
-Changes in email entries do not appear on Rolodex view,
and are impossible to delete. Individual cards, however
reveal the correct information, and emails are correctly
sent to the recipient if posted by name only.
My sister has been working in the software business for
decades and is confounded by this event. She sent me to
the article website about the calendar problems, but I do
not think this the solution to this problem. There may
be other problems that I simply have not discovered yet.
