MVP - please help me - toolbar question? resent !

Is there some way to create a macro in a template and attach it to the
standard toolbar, then email it to another person and have the button locate
it self on their standard toolbar automatically? I have been able to get the
macro to travel with the template and I have been able to get the toolbar
with the button to travel with the template BUT I have not been able to have
the macro button locate on the standard toolbar.

Does this mean that when i create a button in a template i need to create a
new toolbar for it to travel on - in other words doesn't the standard toolbar
travel with the document?
