MVP please read - FP2003 error: bkgrnd img not displayed okay - FP2K3error.zip (0/1)

When I include a background image via a style sheet and add some lines
at the end of the page in FrontPage 2003 design view, a black line is
displayed right above the background image.
When I remove the extra lines from the end of the page, the black line
disappears.

Please see the attached zip file with sample files.

Is there a fix for this?

Please reply to this newsgroup, so others can benefit from this

I did attach the zip file, however it does noet appear in the
newsgroup. . .

Attachments are not supported in MS newsgroups, and should not be posted as a courtesy to other users
- publish your zip file to your server and provide a link
(or better still just put your screen shot image on your server or published web
