Haven't tried it yet, but I would assume that any application that uses the
underlying microsoft html rendering engines would be vulnerable.

As for me, I will export/remove/change the registry entries indicated for
the time being with an understanding that I'm going to lose functionality in
two development tools I use. This will give me time to do additional
research to find the best long term solution.
