Even after I reinstall Access I cannot get the help files to work.
Quite a few of us would say you should be grateful that they don't work,
since they don't work well and don't provide good information when they do
work. However, having said that, just what do you mean when you say "will
not work?" If you mean they just don't give you the information you want,
then we can't do anything about that. If they simply will not open, then the
problem could be much more difficult. Could you be a bit more descriptive?

Thanks for replying. I went to add/remove and found I had downloaded an
office wizard help program. It gave me an error message when I tried to open
it so I removed it. Now my help files work in all the office programs.
