My Access form won't save the "comments" into a table

I've created a form that tracks user performance. There are 9 sections and
under each section is a "comments" box. The "comments" get populated into a
"tblcomments" table. The 'data type' is memo in order to accept lengthy
comments. Somehow it works for the first 3 or 4 forms then it stops
completely in populating that table. I've tried widening the comments box on
the form, engaging the "scroll" in scroll type. I've even compacted and
repaired the database several times but to no avail. I couldn't have maxed
out, it's only 56K on a shared drive in an office. Please help?
