My account unavailable now

The computer I installed groove was down.So I try to use my account on other
computer.
However, the account is not available.
The error message is "your account could not be located on groove.net..."
As the backuped account GRV file is too old, I can't use it to login too.

What should I do?

Hi Eric -

If your other computer really is toast then you've not got a lot of options.
One thing I've heard of but not tried is setting the clock on the new PC back
so that the account files is within the 60 days period.

Mind you, it is hard to imagine why your Groove 3.1 account hasn't been
backed up for 60 days.

Hi Mark,
Thank you. I have tried to turn back the computer's clock.

However, a messagebox comes out. Login to account '***' has been
delayed, and no further attempts will be permitted for another 10355493
seconds.
There have been 3 previous unsuccessful attempts to log in to this account.

Can you give me any advice?

Hi Mark,
1\ As I mentioned in the last letter, 10355493seconds will be delayed.
It's about 120days. And the fact is that I turned back 4months---- It's
120days exactly!!!

2\What's more, with the backuped account grv file, there are no "Forgot
your password?" link there. (Maybe because I didn't set password hint..)

3\ Can you explain why ""your account could not be located on
groove.net..."(mentioned in the first letter)"

4\ Finally, anyway for me to reuse my account?(Our company has payed
for it)

Thank you
