My arrows keys don't work when I reply to emails.

I know there must be a setting I am missing, but when I
reply to emails in Outlook 2002 SP2, I can't seem to use
my arrow keys.

I've done a little research and I have found the using
Word as the viewer and editor of email can cause some
problems.

Can anybody help me?
