My autocomplete won't work for any new contacts

For any new contacts that I add to my address book, the AutoComplete will not
pick up that name when I type the letters of that name on the To_____ line.
It only works for my previously existing contacts.

Did you send them email? it only works for addresses you've sent email to.
If you have sent email to those people and the addresses aren't saving, then
either the profile is corrupt or outlook is not closing correctly. Next time
you close outlook look at the processes tab in task manager - is outlook.exe
still listed after a min or two?
