My autotext entries show the same items

My autotext entries (ALL OF THEM) disappeared and were replaced with choices
such as pdf convert, convert pdf and email, pdf links. What happened, can
some one give me a step by step way to restore the autotext entries???

Adobe Acrobat update got you. Search and delete or rename ALL
"normal.dot" files. (I suggest rename to "normal.old") Make sure you
search hidden and system folders.
