Hello, I'm new to this news group. I have windows XP SP2 and Windows Office
2000 premium with service pack # 3 installed. I use My Briefcase to sync or
update excel files etc. from my laptop to my desktop. I have been using my
briefcase for a long time and it normally works fine but for some reason one
of my excel files called "Budget" will not update correctly to my desktop
computer. The other three excel files in my briefe case work fine. The ones
that work look like this
\\Server\My Documents
The excel file that won't update correctly and is filed like this and keeps
updating to my laptop computer instead of my desktop under C:\Documents and
settings\Jerry\My Documents. it should go to my desktop using my briefcase
and look like this in my briefcase \\Server\My Documents. Does anyone know
why this is happening? has anyone had this happen or have any ideas how to
fix this?
