My Buttons shrink with every click

Can anyone tell me why buttons i put in an excel workbook shrink
everytime i click them? If they don't shrink then they stay the same
size but the font gets bigger. It is so odd. Can anyone help?

Try doing a left click on the button and then goto Properties and select
Don't move or size with cells

this is a problem that is not common, but known. i remembered
somebody in excel.programming had the same problem recently, so i
searched the newsgroup & came up with this thread:
