In Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003, I can open and see other calendars in the
"My Calendars" section. I cannot see my own calendar though. - This is
opposed to the "Other Calendars" section where I can open and access the
shared calendars of others.

A detect and repair did not fix the problem.

I've come across this and managed to fix it by viewing the calendar as a
shared calendar (file - open - other users folder). This displayed it but
without the name assosiated to it. I then right clicked where the name
usually displays and clicked copy "calendar".
I then made a new folder in the root of the mailbox "calendar2" and copied
it to this folder. This forced the view of my calendar to not only display
"calendar2", but the original "calendar" too. I then just right clicked on
calendar2 and deleted it.

I'd tried reinstalling from the control panel with no joy first (installer
files still on laptop), and also tried renaming the ost file and
redownloading from the exch server - no joy their either.
