My comments have no Username!

When I add a comment to a cell my UserName is not added to the front of
the comment. I'm using Excel 2002 as a stand alone app (no workgroup).
Is this normal?

During testing I found that Application.Username property is blank.

Tools - Options - General tab. Put in a user name.

I assumed that Excel would have got my name from the OS as I log on to
Windows XP.
