My computer thinks it has Office 2000 instead of Office 2003

I had Office 2000 Professional installed on my computer. A couple of months
ago, I did a complete install (not an upgrade) of Office 2003 Standard

Today, I tried to install the Office Updates from the web site and was asked
to install my Office 2000 disk.

How can I get Windows to recognize that I have a different version of Office?

You may still have some Office 2000 programs installed on your computer.
Check Add/Remove programs under Control Panel to check.
