My confirmation page is not shown when a form is submitted

A

amen

I am using a form in my web site and when submit is clicked, my confirmation
page does NOT show, but I have selected it within the options.

The message I receive on the following page is:
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.

Can anyone please HELP?

You are sending the email version to an email address that is "not"
associated with the domain kahlonestatewine.com.au
Try sending the email to a domain related email account:
(e-mail address removed)

I have a related issue. I have FP 2003, and created a custom confirmation
page, and set the form to use it in Ootions/Confirmation. However, the
published form will only use the FP default confirmation page. I can't seem
to get it to use my page and I don't understand why?

Post the URL to the page with the form on it...or no one here will know why
either.

Your confirmation page is; http://rd-house.com/Conformation page.htm
try removing the space in the file name (it will show as %20) also stick to
lower case.

|I guess that would help :>
|
| Here's the page with the form.
|
| When submitted, it goes the FP default confirmation page, with the URL
| http://rd-house.com/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/appointment_test.htm
|
| Even though in the Form options for confirmations, I've specified a
customer
| confirmation page that's in the http://rd-house.com/ directory on the
server.

Change

<a href="Conformation%20page.htm">
<input name="Submit1" type="submit" value="submit" /></a>

to

<input name="Submit1" type="submit" value="submit" />

Notice the complete lack of a hyperlink in my version. With the
hyperlink, the form will fail to work correctly.
