My Customize outlook today button isnt working on Outllok 2000sr3.

having trouble with outloot 2000 trying to customize the outlook today view.
When i press onthe button on the outlook today screen is does nothing. I am
running SP3.
Have done all the updates? Am i missing something. Windows 2000 sp4.
