My Direct Reports in PS 2007

Hello,

Who are "My Direct Reports" in Project Server 2007?
Some say that that's resources just under me in the RBS
Some others say there is no relationship with the RBS.
How can I define one specific resource as My Direct Report?

My Direct Reports are the people one level below you on your branch of the
RBS structure. My Resources are the people at every level below you on your
branch of the RBS structure. Hope this helps.
