My e mails are not downloading. Help!

After setting up my att e mail account in Outlook 2007, it did the initial
download, but since that, will not send or receive. Because of this i am
currently accessing my e mail from the web, but I have set it to save them on
the server.

Help, please.

Exactly what does happen when you click Send/Receive? Have you verified the
account settings with the AT&T help pages?
