my e-mails won't drop into outlook

My e-mails won;t drop into outlook, what am I suppose to do? and I can;t see
where i can write new e-mails.

What do you mean by "won't drop into"? Do you mean that your mail isn't be
downloaded when you start Outlook?

What happens when you try to download? Have you setup your mail account in
Outlook yet?
