my email i sent goes to spam of recepient

any one have aby idea why all my email i have sent goes to the spam folder of
the reciepient

Only the recipient can determine that.

Not so sure that's correct. Some e-mail servers seem to filter mail in
certain ways despite anything the sender or recepient sets up. I have tried
to send messages to some of my contacts using the likes of Hotmail, and it's
been filtered out or refused simply because it's from Hotmail - that being
considered a likely source of spam!
