My emails aren't coming to my inbox?

My outlook emails are forwarded to my cell phone; therefore i know i have
emails coming in. However; they aren't coming through to my inbox???

How is your phone configured to retrieve the messages? If by POP, did you
configure the phone to leave copies on the server?
