My form has no OnLoad Event?????

The Asset Tracking sample program has an OnLoad event with a notation that
"This function handler is generated and managed automatically"

The form I am creating does not have an OnLoad event, or any other
automatically generated event handlers. I need to put some code into an
OnLoad event handler, so how can I get InfoPath to generate one?
