My form vanished from database!!

Last night I accidentally hit the hide button for a form I had just spent
hours creating. I was in datasheet view, and now I cannot find a way to
unhide this form. I know I did not delete it, because there was no prompt to
do so. Where did this form go, and how do I get it back?
