Can't open to edit in Front Page 2003

I was using my front page 2003 yesterday just fine. Then I highlighted some
words to link, and then went to highlight the link, my front page froze. I
shut it down and then re-opened it. Now I can't open any pages to edit or
work on. There is no new page option highlighted so I can't even do that.
When I click onto the page, and new blue screen opens up and that is it.
Nothing there. Help

Automatically repair Office programs
Caution Choosing this option will discard many of your customized settings
and restore default settings. For instance, the following will be set back
to the state they appeared when you first installed Office:

The Assistant character selection
Most-recently-used entries on the File menu will be removed
The size of the application window for all applications
Menu and toolbar position and any customizations
Customizations and additions to Office Shortcut Bar
The security level for each application
View settings within the application, such as the Calendar view in Outlook
Your User Name and Initials will also need to re-entered when you restart
your Office applications.

On the Help menu, click Detect and Repair.
To restore the program shortcuts to the Windows Start menu, make sure the
Restore my shortcuts while repairing check box is selected.

Click Start.
Notes

This feature is not available for Office applications earlier than Office
2000.
This procedure detects and repairs problems such as missing files and
registry settings associated with all installed Microsoft Office programs.
It will not repair personal files, such as spreadsheets or documents.
If the Detect and Repair command does not fix the problem, you might need to
reinstall Microsoft Office.

After running a FP Repair
- Control panel - Add Remove Programs - FrontPage - select the repair option
or in FP Help - Detect & Repair

Have you tried the usual repairs in the sequence below:
1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
Usually in C:\WINDOWS\Temp and %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
- in FP 2003 you need to look in the super hidden folder
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPageTempDir
Also delete all IE Temp files in
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
Usually in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache
3) Run a Repair on IE
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=318378 )
4) Install all Service Packs for your OS, IE, MS Office and your Video card
(Windows Update and Office Update sites, plus your video card supplier site)
5) Open FP and Disable or Uninstall any FP Addins,
6) Open your FP Web/Site and run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks
