My HP, "all in one" 5510 does nto print out Word and Outlook doc.

Print test printed but I am unable to print from either Microsft Word or
Outlook, I changed the cartride without solving the problem. Printer with
this software was printing sucessfully. All of a sudden stoped doing so.
