My IIS its blocker for the Spreadsheet

Hi, I develop a website in ASP .NET in c#, I use the Spreadsheet from OWC10
object in my page, and refresh the data using a web service. When I refresh
the data five times my IIS its blocked and i need restart my server. Restart
the IIS do not work.
