my incoming e-mail

I have WinXP and I am using Outlook Express for my e-mail. Suddenly I
am not recieving my incoming e-mail. Can any one tell me what happen
and how do I fix it?

This newsgroup supports Microsoft Outlook, which despite the confusing
similarity of name is not the same as Outlook Express. Please go to
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general -OR-
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
for OE support.
