My inline frame doesn't resize how I would like it to

I have used an inline frame to insert content but can't get it to correctly
resize vertically. Horizontal resizing is fine.

My site is www.aaltenvoogd.com, and the sections in question are Forum,
Blog, Chat and Pictures. The inline frame width is set at 100 per cent, and
the height at 385 pixels. When I change the height to 100 per cent resizing
doesn't work correctly at all which is why I have retained a fixed height for
now.

What am I doing wrong?

(I know, using frames is not recommended but it is the easiest solution I
have managed to find for my site and my, limited, abilities!)
