My installation CD is damaged. How do I reinstall Outlook 2007?

My computer crashed. I need to reinstall Outlook 2007 on a new computer, but
my installation disk has been damaged. Can I download an installation? Or,
do I need or order a replacement CD?

Contact microsoft and they should supply a replacement CD.
