You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Internet
Explorer (assuming that's the browser you're using), or contacting your
Internet Service Provider.

You're posting - I won't say "asking" since you did not in fact ask a
question! - in the wrong place. This group is for technical support of
programs in the database software Microsoft Access.

If you have unexpected and unwanted popups, your computer probably has either
a virus or "spyware". Get a good antivirus program and a spyware program such
as AdAware or Spybot and run them to clean up your computer.

You can also post questions in a newsgroup supporting your version of Windows.
