My Junk Mail toolbar in Outlook is gone. What happened?

Opened up Outlook and my Jun Mail toolbar is gone and now junk mail does not
get sent to my Junk Mail folder automatically (folder is still there). Any
help?

Outlook doesn't have a Junk Mail toolbar. You must have a third-party junk
mail handler installed.
