My labels wont print the entire row in Word 2007

My labels wont print the entire row in Word 2007. Using the Mailings/label
and choosing template for 5202 to make labels for folders. Looks fine on
screen but only prints about the first inch for all of the labels.

Is the row height in your labels set to "exactly" a specific height? Maybe
you need to UNcheck the box next to Row Height or change the "exactly"
instruction to "at least" under Table Properties/Row/Row Height.

As the 5202 label has a page size of 4" x 6", it is probably an issue of the
way in which the labels are being fed into the printer. Can you move them
over so that the print will coincide with the label?

If that is not possible, you may need to go into the Label Details dialog
and modify the Page Width and Side Margins of the label to move the text to
the correct location.
