my letterhead keeps repeating on 2nd etc pgs, how do i stop this

i have a already created letterhead that keeps formatting onto subsequent
pages. i have tried page breaks etc as per the help line and all it does is
give me a new section and continues to add the *(&** letter head anyway
instead of continuing with blank pages. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Click View, Headers and Footers. Copy the entire current header into the
clipboard to save it because when you do the next step it will go to the
second page.

Click the Page Setup icon on the Headers & Footers toolbar (6th icon from
left, next to clock) Click radio button for Different first page then Click
OK. Go to the header for the 1st page and Paste the header back there. To
blank the 2nd page header you need to close the header and create a 2nd
page. Open the header for the second page and delete it or change it to
what you want.

Another method is to create/save a template with your letter head in place,
then use this template for required docs.
I use this method.
