My letters jump to other places on the document as I type. UGH!

Everytime I type in a document or my email, my letter jump around and they
land up on other areas of the page that I did not intend them to be on. Any
ideas?

Open Windows XP's "Help and Support Center" and type: TEXT SERVICES ,
and hit enter.
Then click on "Turn text services off or on".
You need to turn-off text services.

Thank you so much...It did the trick! Got one more for you. Everytime my
husband tried to fix this same problem before (I don't know what he did as he
is not with me anymore) he created 5 Personal Folders in my email. Do you
know how I can get rid of them?

Create a new mail profile - yours is corrupt - and configure it to use your
current .pst file. Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show Profiles->New. Do not
copy the old corrupt profile.
