my media player does not have a place for texting why?

i am trying to listen to a tape on my media player and text what i hear, but
my media player isn't allowing me to do so. please help me find terrious
editor(not sure if spelling is right) on my media player, im thinking that is
what i need to text.

This group is specific to discussions regarding the Microsoft Project
project management application software. You would have better luck asking
your question in one of the duscussion groups dealing with Media Player.
That being said, you're having trouble finding the text editor in Media
Player because it doesn't have one. If you're trying to transcribe a tape,
run media player in one window and your favorite word processor in a second
window on the screen beside it.
