My microsoft Word and excel will not open

My microsoft word and excel will not open. States I need
a 25 digit serial number. These programs came with my
computer and when I had to reboot it they would not come
back up. I need them for my part time job.

Call Microsoft Customer Service and explain the issue to them, and they will
decide whether to give you a product key. In the mean time, look for a
yellow sticker with 25 numbers and letters on it.
